This audio set is very helpful for those individuals who want to learn about taking charge of their own health. The secret to good health is to treat yourself before you are ill by doing things that balance the body. Some of the most interesting topics that the author talks about are balanced eating for the four seasons, the four main body types, Feng Shui for maximum health, the five functions of Chi, the Chinese map of the body, how emotions can cause illness, and instruction on how to make your own medicinal wines and teas. There is also information on exercises to help us stay young: Chi Kung exercise, self-directed healing Chi exercise, deep relaxation exercise, marrow washing exercise, and an exercise to help develop healing hands. Health is all about treating the pattern, not the disease.
