Ingredients

8 oz - Tub French Vanilla (or regular) Cool Whip

2 small boxes - Jello chocolate instant pudding mix

3 cups - milk

1 pkg - brownie mix (any kind)
Directions
Bake brownies according to package directions. These can be made as far in advance as you want. Mix 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Blend well and allow to firm up. Mix 1 cup cool whip into pudding mixture. Pudding will become more of a light brown color. Original recipe said to cut brownies into 1 inch squares but I just tear my brownies into small pieces. In bowl you put in a layer of brownie, next a layer of pudding mix, and then a layer of Cool Whip. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. I always buy an extra cool whip because it seems to run out the quickest. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight (but brownies tend to get a little too moist a lot of times) You can serve raspberries or any other fruit on the side. Great for kids and adults alike!
