Are you caring for an elderly person who strongly prefers clothing in styles that are not commonly available now?  You can still find some of these items on the internet.  I recently typed in "housedress" in my search and found just what we need from National.com.  Another good source of clothing  is Buck and Buck.com.  They carry styles for both men and women who may be homebound, many with adaptive fastenings for people who have difficulty with buttons or incontinence products.
