Amazing looking recipes, but be prepared to hunt down some fairly unusual ingredients. The recipes really look solid, but this book is definitely not for an everyday cook. It's far more geared to the home gourmet chef and foodie. If you don't have ready access to exotic ingredients, this cookbook is not for you. For my household with young children, it was definitely not for us.
