NO HOWLING IN THE HOUSE! "All Howls howl!" says Axel's father. But Axel can't howl. "All Howls fly!" says Thistle's mother. But Thistle can't fly. What about magic? Could a magic pie make Axel howl and Thistle fly? Maybe, but...Sometimes magic works in funny ways!
