I don't know if this is a PBS question or a post office question. I mailed a book using PBS postage on the 6th. Since I haven't gotten an update about it and other books I mailed around that time are beginning to be received I copied the DC number to the USPS site to check the progress. USPS says the number doesn't exist. I don't think there is anything I can do except wait for it to either reappear or go missing but I was wondering if this has happened before?

What does it say when you try to track it through the PBS website?

It is probably like a lot of my books and for some reason only a few are being scanned when received at the post office.  Haven't figured it out yet.
