This book was good, not great, just good. It's not great because Haley keeps repeating that she's innocent a lot throughout the book and you just want to go, OK WE GET IT! to her every once in a while.
The book does keep you guessing as you don't know who did until the end and the clues are not given until the end for you to tie everything together.
You also learn why Haley is affected by the investigation so badly due to what happened to her personally 4 years ago.
So yes, all in all it was a good read, hopefully the rest of the books in the series will pick up some.
