A different kind of No Bake

  • 3 to 5 cups - Rice crispies
  • 2 cups - mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup - peanuts
  • 1 - almond bark

 First you need to break your almond bark into small pieces and put into microwave safe dish. First only put it in the microwave for one minute, then stir and then put it back in for another three minutes, remove and stir. Then one more time for three minutes should melt the almond bark completely.  While the almond bark is still hot start adding the rice crispies, you'll only want to add a cup at a time for easy mixing. Then ad your mini marshmallows and peanuts and mix well. Drop the mixture on to parchment paper, the size of the cookie is up to you!! They will set in less than 10 minutes and are so good.
