Really really good. I would suggest you read the first book in the series - these are not standalones but pick up directly where the last book left off. I loved all the characters.

Here, we take on the continued adventure from Defiant Heart but from the perspective of the ex-prostitute Toni and her journey to the Oregon territory. If the trip is not difficult enough without other events thrown in here and there... Try Indian Attacks and kidnappings, adultery and murder, and a new strange girl Ginger into their midst. Will the Cheyenne get there way and get Toni for their keeping? Who is Ginger and what does she want? Will the children and sister from the other wagon train be rescued? Will Amanda Kane ever heal? This was a wonderful story about an ex-prostitute who manages to let God into her life and make a new start. She meets Sam Two_feathers, the wagon scout who is also the acting preacher. Sam learns that he is a man that a white woman could love unconditionally and Toni learns that she is one of God's children and also capable of being loved. God's redemption shines through in this wonderful book.

A very nice quick read. I loved the characters. Its about wagon train heading west and its trials and tragedy that befall them. this is the 2nd book in the series. I haven't read the first but hope to before I read the 3rd. It shows how we grow in God's character and how God loves us all no matter our race, or our background or sins.
