Ingredients

1 1/2 lb - beef roast
-
1 can - cream of mushroom soup
-
1/2 soup can - hot tap water
-
1 pkg - Lipton dry onion soup mix

- Heavy-duty aluminum foil
Directions
Place roast on heavy foil in baking pan. In large bowl combine soups and water until well mixed; pour over roast. Seal foil around roast. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until desired doneness by meat thermometer. Soup and drippings will combine to make a tasty gravy that can be served on its own, or a add a tsp. or so of flour to thicken.
