I enjoyed this one quite a bit... though I think the 2nd book was my favorite of this series. Unfortunately, this book was fairly open-ended and Andre Norton has in fact passed away and it's been seven years already since this book's original publication date, so I'm not sure if the 4th book "Elvenbred" will EVER be written... which is really a shame. I would have liked to read it next.
