"Tik Tok Of Oz" and "Land Of Oz" are NOT the same books. They have completely different characters and are not even similar stories.

Please do not post your "Land Of Oz" book here! It is a more recent reprint of "The Marvelous Land Of Oz" -- NOT "Tik Tok Of Oz"

Lyman Frank Baum tried being a traveling salesman, a journalist, a playwright, and an actor before he started writing Oz stories. No wonder there is no end to the wild and wonderful characgters and adventures. In this one an earthquake takes Dorothy to Oz where she teams up with the Wizard for a grand procession through Oz - miniature piglets, Jim the old horse, dragonettes, and more.

Excellent addition to the series.
The overarching plot is really just a vehicle for cute vignettes as the characters travel about Oz.
Perfect book to read to kids, or to let kids read for themselves.

Another of Baum's marvelous chronicles about the enchanting land of Oz. Replete with Wogglebugs, Fuddles, Nomes, and a Gallipoot.
