Burke's shocking revenge centers around kidnapping Remy, the lawyer's trophy wife. But Burke hasn't planned on the electric attraction he'll feel for this desperate woman, who rose from the slums of New Orleans to marry a man she can never love. A wonderful mystery. It took me a bit to get involved in it but when I did I enjoyed it very much. Actually, the first book I've read by this author, but I'll be reading more.

To be honest, I didn't read/listen to this book. I got a lot of books via Freecycle (if you haven't checked it out, do so, it's a wonderful community) and am passing on the ones that I'm not interested in. It's had wonderful reviews, but it's just not my style.
