Is there a way to change the font size on labels created with PBS postage?  I recently had a book I sent out delivered to ME instead of the intended recipient, and I suspect the large font size of the return address might be an issue.  (That, and operator error on the post office's part....)  I have a long street address that prints on two lines, and the return address appears immediately above the "Ship to" line with no space in between.  Kind of confusing to read, I think.  I'm going to try highlighting the recipient address on future labels, but is there another way?

Unfortunately, you can't edit the printed postage label PDF or change the font size settings . You can edit a regular non-postage label if you have a PDF editing program, like Adobe Acrobat, but the printed postage label portion is a static image in the PDF and text in it cannot be manipulated.

That said, if you have Acrobat or another program you 'can' edit images in a PDF. For instance, pasting a white box over something to blank it out and pasting a new text box with the replacement text in a different size font. I'm not suggesting this is a good idea for postage labels, since it's potential fraud with the USPS and the mailing and postage data is encoded in the barcode & stamp graphics, but PDFs can be edited.

Carol, I've seen that happen if the recipient's street address has too many characters in one of the lines. The software shrinks the recipient's address to fit it into the box, so the return address appears very large by comparison.

Perhaps you can cut off the return address portion and place it higher on the  package in the upper left corner? ( making more space bet your address and the recipient's )
