Such a cute book. The pictures were perfect for my 4year old and the writing style seemed to be right on her level. I loved how the girl in the book itself reminded me so much of my little girl. This is definately a must have book for parents that may have issues with their kids when they try to leave them behind for some adult time.

Don't Forget to Come Back by Robie H. Harris is a fun book about a little girl who tries to talk her parents into staying home. Under the threat of running away and natural disasters, the parents still leave. She reminds them to come back.

This is listed as a baby-preschool book. I bought it for a preschooler with an above average reading level(high 1st grade, into 2nd grade). I don't think many preschooler will be able to read this by themselves. I read this to a group of 2nd graders recently. They loved it.
