The Fountainhead - Classics on Cassette - Abridged
Author: Ayn Rand, Edward Herrmann
Ayn Rand's bestseller tells the story of a staunchly individualist architect (based on Frank Lloyd Wright) who combats the collectivist (i.e., mediocre) impulses of his fellow Americans. The book is both a compulsively readable, steamy novel and an articulation of Rand's views. Abridged.

I listen to books in the car and this a really great reading of this Ayn Rand classic which I have always wanted to read. The ideals that Ayn Rand espoused are thought-provoking and are timely now that our economy is in peril. I recommend highly this audio rendition.
