I just signed up for www.freebooksy.com and have been intrigued so far.  

You can specify your interests and the books I get each day are mostly mysteries.  Paranormal mysteries, cozy mysteries, usually parts of series.

The first book I tried is a paranormal mystery, "Double Blind" by Carrie Bedford.  The heroine is Kate Benedict, an English architect, who sees auras around people who are about to die.  There is a series of four, and the free book, book 2, has been a real page turner.  I have read free books before, and although I've really liked some free non-fiction books, I've never read a free fiction book that's been as good as this.

The second book I've tried is "Apple Pie and Trouble" by Amber Crews, but I haven't started it yet.  I love to read non-fiction and have some favorite well-known authors, but it's fun to read some completely escapist books.
