When I went to put my CC info in, there was no pad lock on the page. Did you get this too?

I'm not sure I trust TOS in the first place. I subscribed for one year, and it is 95% ads, and they send me so many email ads. I would definitely be weary of an unsecured pay site. Yikes!

Sorry it bummed you all out.  I have a specific credit card for online purchases so I tend to worry a bit less.  Plus, I have no problem with the TOS magazine b/c I pretty much subscribed for the initial free gifts. 

Have you unsuscribed from the e-mail alerts and still are receiving advertisements?  I've never tried to unsuscribe but have been happy with my other communications with TOS.
