Mix your ground beef  with the salt and pepper and onion salt.  Roll into meat balls.  Place meat balls under a broiler until browned.  Remove from broiler and place in a saucepan.  Add equal amounts of BBQ sauce and grape jelly to the pan.  Simmer covered for about 6 hours, stirring every hour.  Serve in the sauce while hot.
