The book covers all the basics (and some not so basic) of word processing. This is from 1997 but for the most part it's just the same in all word processing programs. If you need to learn this stuff for a job, school this should work fine. i've been using wordprocessing for many years and this book showed me some things i did not know.
The Student Manual is used with the generic keyboarding texts after Lesson 20. Individual Student Manuals teach specific word processing features, specific to various versions of Word or WordPerfect, as needed to complete document processing exercises
