Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, until well blended. Divide into 6 balls. Flatten into 1/2 inch patties. Place each patty in a quart-sized ziplock bag and place in the freezer. When ready to eat, remove, thaw, fry in skillet or table top grill, such as George Forman, or bake, until meat is done.

Serve with salad or baked potatoe.
