Helldorado: Bringing the Law to the Mesquite
Helldorado Bringing the Law to the Mesquite
Author: William M Breakenridge
1928. With Illustrations. The memoirs of one of the pioneers of the west and the only firsthand account of the vendetta between Wyatt Earp and the Cowboys. Breakenridge was deputy to Sheriff Johnny Behan at the time of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Helldorado is criticized by some in its portrayal of Wyatt as a desperate character.

Billy Breakenridges personal account of his facinating life as a lawman, indian fighter and more. He was a Deputy Sherrif in Tombstone when the Earps fought the "Cowboys" at the famous OK coral gunfight. A wonderful and interesting book. I will always love this book.
