anyone else having trouble with pages loading... they keep timing out on me

I hate to say this, but I found it sometimes helps---not always---to close my browser, then reopen it and enter PBS. Then the pages come up quickly. Somebody who does computer system work could probably explain this.

Often, a hard refresh will work - that's clicking the Control key and F5 at the same time.
