I'm using a mac with a simple, one button mouse, in firefox. I just installed firefox right now, so I'm a bit slow with it... but I can't figure out how to simultaneously hover over the position in line ! in my wishlist, and widen the window. It seems to be that I can move my mouse, sometimes, and find the complete box... is there anything simple that I'm missing? A trivial problem, but annoying, nonetheless. TIA!

How big do you have your screen sized? I was having the same problem until I realized my screen page was sized to 125%.  Could that be the problem?

This is a new bug, as of today. I've been using Firefox with no problem, for ages - but there seems to have been a change such that the "X out of Y" position info that pops up when you hover over the info icon doesn't entirely fit into it's allotted window.

There's a tiny scroll bar, which you can't reach of course, but it looks like a change was made to the display that won't fit into the dimensions of the old popup display.

Hopefully, a quick fix?

There's also something wonky with Ratings. In place of a book's rating, I see what looks like a squashed vestigial graphic, too small to decipher.

Anyone know if any changes were made overnight? It wasn't this way last night, but it sure is today!

I've had this problem since they changed the wl to add the type of book...hardcover, pb, etc.  I sent a msg to R&R this morning.  I'm on a Mac and use Firefox too.

Adjusting my screen size didn't seem to help, but thanks for the suggestion, Kim.

I saw this too, but it went away when I hard-refreshed (hold down apple key or CTRL key in Windoze and click Refresh on browser).  Then all the little boxes looked normal again.

That didn't seem to work, either. I did figure something out, though. What I've ended up doing is hovering over the 'buy it new' button, and then hovering over the exclamation.

Shana the hard refresh didn't work for me either, will try what you just did.

No type of refreshing fixes this - still broken. It looks like the pop-up window (for the position-in-line info) just needs to be sized up a bit. Shouldn't be a hard fix!

i have that problem too, and am on firefox on a mac. just started two days ago i think. cannot read the number on the wish list--i know i am 4 out of....out of.....HOW MANY???? cannot say. is annoying. i have emailed them also regarding this, but have not gotten a response.

I just realized I also have this problem.  I'm on a mac with firefox, of course.  I wanted to check my position in the wish list queue.  Very annoying that I can't tell how many people are in line!  I hope they fix this bug soon!!!!

I'm sorry others are having this problem but a bit relieved it's not just me!

There is some sort of Firefox kink.  I just, for kicks, logged on on a Safari browser and I can see my place in the wishlist.  I'm wondering if with recent changes here if Firefox is no longer the "browser of choice" for PBS due to so many people having problems.  I had to go into my club communications to see responses from R&R to me on various things and none of their suggestions have proved to be fruitful for me.  I also have no idea why all of a sudden I am not receiving emails when I have had no email changes on my behalf since before I even became a member here.  I 've had a frustrating few days!

ETA for thoseothers who are having wishlist problems, please contact R&R so they know it's a system wide problem and not just me!

Seems to work in Safari, and even in (sort of) iCab. Hope they can fix it for Firefox - I do NOT want to go back to Safari...
