This book has sold more than 100,000 copies. Very unusual for a "How to" book. Building your own barns and outbuildings offers many benefits. Obviously one is saving money as todays prices almost half is labor. A greater asset , however, is the satisfaction you get from creating your own surroundings. '

The book takes you step by step through the fundementals of general construction. Over 20 projects offer plans and instructions on how to build a wide randge of structures. Some of the plans are a; workshop,add on garage, guest house, greenhouse/woodshed, garden sheds, milk barn, horse barn, all purpose barn, roadside stand, pole barn even an insulated dog house.
