I always enjoyed watching tv show Dr G, Medical Examiner. This book is written on same premise of thorough exams and unbiased opinion. Very interesting facts presented about how we die. And so many circumstances can be avoided with smart choices.

Even though this was published in 2009, it is still relevant today: don't take drugs, don't drink excessively, keep weight at healthy level.
