Gillian Collins, the creative half of a growing public relations business, has been roped into taking over the grand opening of a master-planned community development. Unfortunately, the developer is Steven Morrow, a conservative, stick-in-the-mud individual who has definite ideas about what he wants in the grand opening.

Gillian Collins is more of a free spirit, open to the serendipity of life. Leslie Turner, Gillians partner in the public relations business has been working with Morrow. However, she is called out-of-town for an emergency and asks Gillian to take over. She assures Gillian that everything is already done.

Gillian immediately sees that the grand opening (about to occur in 2 weeks) needs something more a splash. She and Steven understand they are not happy with each others views.

This is a fairly short novel (229 pages) and easy to finish in a single sitting. The story line, as outlined above, seems fairly common. However, trust Patricia Potter to put a wrinkle or two into the mix. As usual, Potter delivers a compelling story.

She makes writing a story look easy; in earlier years, Potter was a reporter for the Atlanta Journal and the president of an Atlanta public relations firm. Thus, she knows of what she writes!

I just have one question: Why isnt Patricia Potter writing anymore? 4 stars
