Trim as much fat as possible from the brisket. Sprinkle and rub both sides of the brisket with the seasoned salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and meat tenderizer. Place in a roaster pan with a cover. Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meat. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake 8 hours at 225 degrees. Remove from marinade. Chill 8 hours. Slice very thin Serve cold, or serve hot with BBQ sauce.
