I've read all of the Legends of the Riftwar books. I like them all, but this was by far my favorite. Perhaps it is because of the writing team, but I think mostly it is because "Jimmy the Hand" is one of my favorite characters in the Feist universe. If there was one thing about this book that bothered me, it was that it was too short.
