Leola, great idea, but if I may, I recommend that you have at least one day of rest. Muscle primary builds when you rest and recover.

6/1/11 30 minutes- Star Trainers Cardio: Peak Performance w/ Kendell Hogan

15 minutes- McDonald's 15 minute workouts- Strength
6/2/11 56 minutes- Walk after work with co-workers :-)
6/3/11 40 minutes Yoga Happy Hour after work
6/4/11 No workout
6/5/11

40 minutes- Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training (40 minute Total Body segment)-

This was a new DVD for me & I really liked it. It was face paced but since the moves were fairly brief, I was able to push myself with the heavier weights for the most part.

6/6/11 70 minute walk with coworkers after work
6/7/11 No workout
6/8/11

30 minutes- Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training

First time using this DVD (1 of 5 new workout DVDs I treated myself to because they were on sale on Amazon). This one made me sweat and before doing this DVD I thought I was in shape, now I'm not sure! :-P I had to do the super modified moves halfway through and reduce the weight used because I just couldn't do another rep. Maybe I need that though to jump start this next phase of my workout plan...

6/9/11 No workout
6/10/11 72 minute walk after work with coworkers
6/11/11 No workout
6/12/11

30 minutes- Jillian Michaels: Shred-It with Weights
(Did the tutorial beforehand which is 10 minutes and not included in my exercise total, but I wonder if that made it harder for me to do some of the moves later on since I had to put the 15 lb kettlebell down and use 8 lb hand-weight towards the end. Also, I can't do one of the moves in my basement with the kettlebell without risking it hitting the pipes above my head so I have to use a smaller hand-weight or nothing at all since I don't have that clearance- I'm short but it's a very low ceiling).

Also- this was the 3rd DVD I've tried from the 5 I bought recently.  I want to go through them all once before getting into a routine with one or more of them.

6/13/11 No workout
6/14/11 No workout
6/15/11 No workout
6/16/11 No workout
6/17/11 40 minutes- Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training (40 minute Total Body segment)
618/11 60 minutes Super Challenge (Leslie Sanson Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection)
6/19/11 No workout
6/20/11 30 minutes- Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training
6/21/11 No workout
6/22/11 30 minutes- Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (Level 1)
6/23/11 No workout
6/24/11 30 minutes- Personal Training with Jackie: Crunch-Free Xtreme Abs (both segments)

15 minutes- Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training (15 minute Total Body segment)
6/25/11 51 minutes Super Challenge (Leslie Sanson Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection)- Used the exercise step to up the intensity of some of the moves just to add a little variety :-)
6/26/11 30 minutes- 2 Mile Brisk Walk (Leslie Sanson Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection

15 minutes- Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training (15 minute Upper Body segment)
6/27/11

about 70 minute of yard work (pulling weeds)

about 60 minutes of mowing the lawn

Man I was tired, sweaty, and sore after that!

6/28/11 40 minutes- Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism (I had trouble with this today and had to stop twice to get water. This one doesn't usually give me this much trouble, although it is a difficult workout normally, I guess I'm run down from yesterday's heavy yard work).
6/29/11

31 minute walk

15 minutes- Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training (15 minute Total Body segment)

6/30/11 30 minutes- Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training

11 days- no workout

19 days active

styliest, I saw that and have it on my favorites as well as the others.   What I usually do is high energy walk one day,  abs one day, walk again, than arms,  walk again then  legs then  a long 5 mile energy walk on  one day.   I do some stretching at the end of  every work out and a warm up before.  I love this new Leslie
DVD I got.  She gives some very good healthy meals cooking classes on them.  I hope to start using some of them in July.  that will give me this month to  get it organized .    I am so excited!

styliest,

its called Super Walks Deluxe Kit.  It includes body boost cables with attach to your feet and use with your arms for resistance.  It has 4 DVDs and a 21 day meal plan.  I got it all Wal Mart.  Little expensive I thougt but treated my self.  Needed to boost up my routine.   I have never been on her site but I think I wil check it out.

I am at a conference this week in a little town in southern Indiana. The "hotel" has no fitness room. Never had that happen before. I was counting on that. The food is not what I normally eat. Oh well - I hoping when I get home and hit the scale that my lost lbs are not back.

I don't know about everyone else, but I had a bit of trouble staying on track due to work this month.  However, I think I'm back on track now and I have a few new DVDs for motivation (and a donated exercise step from a friend who didn't want hers anymore).  Let's finish out June strong! smiley
