Lovely book about a family living in the Country and a young girl who has always wanted to own a horse and be involved in the Kentucky Derby one day. Lovely book that is one of those books to read in a hammack on a sunny day sipping Ice Tea!

Josh Coleman left behind unfinished family business when he took to his deathbed at SunStar, the thoroughbred horse farm he'd built from nothing. But now that unfinished business cannot be ignored-because his long lost daughter has come back to settle an old score.

I really loved this book and author...
The Coleman's of Texas and the Thortons of Vegas just would not stay out of my head.. They seemed to be saying, there's more to our story, and it has to be told, so, what can I do but, tell it..
fascinating book and Author
