"Lady Saves The Duke" by Annabelle Anders 2018
(Lord Love a Lady #3)
I love stories about Dukes and this one will be one of my favorites. This story has some great fun scenes but also some emotional ones as well, so grab your box of Kleenex before sitting down to read "Lady Saves the Duke".
Abigail Wright was forced to attend a house party with her cousin, Penelope, by her mother who was feigning a sore ankle. Then Natalie, the daughter of their host, pushes her into the arms of Alex Cross, the Duke of Monfort (known as the Duke of Ice). Abigail's mother had gone and exchanged Abigail's clothes for what her mother thought were prettier ones from her coming out nine years earlier but they, of coarse, were to small for Abigail. So when Abagail was on the boat she had a terrible wardrobe malfunction which caused her breasts to be bared! The Duke took this all in stride and tried to help her.
Unfortunately things went from bad to worse with the Duke and a scandal began to spread about her ruining her reputation, again. What the Duke does now sets the pace for the rest of the story, one that you will not want to put down until the end. Happy Reading! ReadingGenie
