Great read. I loved the hero and heroine together. I loved the feeling of being pulled together despite whatever. I enjoyed the tortured hero and the rescuing heroine. The characters were likable and I wanted to know more. My only complaint is that I wish there was more description at the end (I don't want to spoil it:)
And, I'm hoping for Alexander to have a book soon. He deserves it.
I liked this book a lot more than I thought I would. I think the cover art threw me off. The hero is clearly interested in the heroine from the beginning, which makes a nice change. So often the hero has the old "I don't believe in love/I must be taught to love" attitude. It was nice to read about a man who was actively pursuing a woman because he liked her.
I wonderful story about a broken man and the right lady who had the courage to help him. Really great read. Another great book by Suzanne Enoch.
Simply delicious. I couldn't put the book down and just finished an all-day reading romp. A page turner, indeed!
The characters and story line is well-fleshed out and certainly holds your attention. Tolly and Tess were so well matched.
This ranks right up there as one of my favorite Suzanne Enoch tales.
This book was a blast. The main characters were wonderful, you really got to know about them and how they tick. Great tension and excellent storyline with lots of little twists and turns to keep you wanting to find out more. A excellent read.
