Listen Buddy
Author: Helen Lester, Lynn Munsinger (Illustrator)
A hilarious romp about a bunny who just can't seem to listen. He is constantly confusing instructions. For example, when his parents ask for a slice of bread, he saws off a piece of his bed. But everything changes when he takes a wrong turn and meets up with Scruffy Varmint.

This is a book about a young bunny with very large ears but he cannot hear very well. He does not pay attention to his parents and does the wrong things. He brings his father a hen when he was asked to bring a pen. One day he takes a trip but forgot to listen to the directions. He finds himself in trouble. He then learns to listen. The illustrations are great in this book. The large bunny ears allow the artist to make his pictures very expressive.
