I've read the Body Movers series by Stephanie Bond, the Bailey Weggins series by Kate White, and the Psychic Eye series by Victoria Laurie. I'm looking for a new series to start. I've tried one of the bewitching books by Madelyn Alt and one of the Reagan Reilly books by Carol Higgins Clark, but I wasn't interested enough to read any of the others in either series. Suggestions, please??

I haven't read any of the others, but I LOVE the Kate White books.

Try Lori Foster and Janet Evanovich.

The Scumble River Mystery series by Denise Swanson. !st book is Murder of a Small town Honey.  One of favorites. Also you can miss with Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. Start with One for the Money. The books are laugh out loud funny and have a great story. You can't go wrong with either series.  If you want to know what books the authors wrote and the order to read them in go to www. fictiondb.com. A great website to find about series.

I was also going to suggest Evanovich and Foster but Judy S. beat me to it.  So, how about Sarah Strohmeyer's 'Bubbles' series.  It was son the 'read-alike authors' table at my library and it's in the Evanoivh vein.  Lisa Jackson is a good one too, especially the ones with Det. Regan Pescoli, and a new one is coming out soon.  Good luck

I also like the Kyra Davis books about Sophie Katz! I would also recommend Jennifer Sturman's books (don't remember the order but the books are the Jinx, the Key, the Hunt and the Pact) and also the three book series by Julie Kenner (don't remember the order, but the books are the Givenchy Code, Prada Paradox and Manolo Matrix.)  There were 3 books by Kathryn Lilley called the Fat City Mysteries that I liked called Dying to be Thin, A Killer Workout and Makeovers Can be Murder.

I have three recommendations:

The Maggie Kelly series by Kasey Michaels.  There are five books in the series.

The Blackbird Sisters Mystery series by Nancy Martin.  There are eight books in the series.

The Wollie Shelley series by Harley Jane Kozak,  There are four books in the series.

To find the reading order check out the fictionDB.com website.

Hope you enjoy these as much as I did.

Besides the authors already suggested (especially Evanovich), I have enjoyed Lisa Lutz, Maggie Barbieri, Dixie Cash, Heather Webber, Laura Levine and Sheryl Anderson.
