• Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series (starting with One for the Money)
• Dean Koontz's Odd Thomas series (starting with Odd Thomas) - paranormal mystery
• William Kent Krueger's Cork O'Connor series (starting with Iron Lake)
• Elizabeth Peter's Amelia Peabody series (starting with Crocodile on the Sandbank) - historical mysteries about a pair of Victorian Egyptologists

That should keep you busy for a while!
