A great addition to any Low-Carber's cookbook library. Many recipes for all the special treats you thought you would have to avoid; pancakes, brownies, cakes, cookies and much more. Does require many of the special flours and ingredients specific to cooking low carb but definitely worth the extra effort to stick to your weightloss efforts and still be able to enjoy desserts and treats.
Some of the recipes require ingredients that are not found in the grocery store & some I even had to look up like; granulated fructose. I will see what happens.
