This book has some good recipes for non traditional lunches. It has options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Some of the recipes include; bean & feta falafel, mini pasta salad, chicken wrap, cheese and oatmeal rolls, and oat and apple muffins. The book is easy to follow and the recipes are pretty easy to make with mostly ingredients you have on hand or can get at the grocery store.
