The one time I skimmed this it seemed pretty funny. It is a woman's mostly comedic memoir of life in the Navy, vaguely like "Private Benjamin" but in a different branch of the Armed Forces.

I bought it looking for info on the WAVES, the women's naval branch from WWII and just never got rid of it when I realized it wasn't on-topic.
