First dip liver slices one by one in a bowl of the milk and egg mixture, then flour them both sides completely covered. Set in heated grease in skillet. Cook on medium heat, until cooked through and browned good on both sides. Then take liver out and set aside for a minute. Put ringed onions in bottom of skillet. They will fill the entire skillet, but will cook down as they simmer. Set liver back on top of the onions. Put a lid on top and let it simmer awhile, until onions are done and meat will be good and tender. Serve covered with onions.
