Fyndlay, customer of the brig, and he haifand nathing to mak satisfactioun to the said Jon. Patirsoun for his hurting and bleeding of him, nor yit for his unlaw, nor yit to thebarbor quha curit him, of his awin consent, is banish t this Toun for evir, and gif ever he be fund in the Toun heirefter, to be nailit be the lug to the trone, excipt he pay the said Jon. 201. for his hurting and curing of him, and submittand him to thejurisdictioune of the Provest and Bailleis of this Burgh, consentis that deereit pass upone him in the mnnir foirsaid.
