Loved it,great book
As usual Miss Julia gets caught in correctness. Laugh out loud moments sprinkle the story. Ann B. Ross does a great job with secondary characters. I think I know most of them!

Another good Julia Springer story
Another excellent tome in the saga of Miss Julia. This one unfolds as Miss Julia is trying to protect Hazel Marie and Little Lloyd from the rumors flying about another of Mr. Springer's tryst prehumously, of course. And, added to her "worries" is the every devoted Sam who tries everything he can to get her to commit to marrying him! And, every bit as funny and fun to read as the others!

Miss Julia is as uptight and funny as ever. She and Sam tickle me. This time Miss Julia is concerned about a Biblical theme park being opened on some of her land right outside town. Apparently the woman living with the park's founder is another one of Lloyd's illicit affairs from the past.

Miss Julia Meets Her Match is about a small Southern town where a traveling preacher wants to build a Holy Land amusement park. Miss Julia thinks the idea is okay until she finds out the preacher's girlfriend is one of her late husband's ex-girlfriends. She doesn't want Hazel Marie and Little Lloyd to find out about it, so she hires Mr. Pickens to go undercover. A local young man has returned to town as a female. Miss Julia decides to draw attention away from her situation of another ex lover with a coming out party for the new girl in town, Tonya.

Again fun with the unique Miss Julia, and she falls in love.
This was the best one yet. I've grown up with the southern church and gossip in small town.USA! Ann Ross really digs deep for some of the characters in this one though. What a riot!! I loved it!
I don't know if the characters or the plots are what has me hooked, but you should read these books if you like good storytelling.
