This is THE go to guide for all students of Japanese - an absolute must have. I bought mine around 1985 and used it every single day for years. It's well worn and well loved...I considered ordering this one just to have another copy...but it's one of those things, I feel loyal to my old, penciled-in-notes, worn, slightly falling apart copy...plus I wouldn't want to deprive another student from getting this one (I agree with the other reviewer, can't believe it's still here!)...I paid $35. for mine 25 years ago!!
