Watched that Oakland/SF game last night, which I  normally would probably not do since I don't follow them or know too much about them, but I am going through serious baseball withdrawal, (I bet I watched at least 95% of the Red Sox games this season) and needed something to help!  :)   What a lopsided game, though.  Poor Oakland couldn't get out of their own way.  They tried two quarterbacks during the first and second halves and neither of them was very good.  Jon Gruden (Oakland head coach) stood on the sidelines looking like he had just eaten a very sour pickle or he was trying out for the New York Yankee smirk, one or the other.  I'll bet he wished he was back in the broadcast booth.  :)

Joy, I watched some of that game too & it was terrible.  They are almost as bad as my Giants. lol. I do feel sorry for QB Carr. I always liked him.

Yes, I've always liked Carr, too.  It was terrible, but not as bad as a college football game between Clemson and Louisville I was watching a bit ago.  The score was Clemson 70, Louisville 9.  Ouch!  I don't think I've ever seen a team score 70 points before.  Poor Louisville, there was still 14 minutes to go in the game.  :(

What seems to be the trouble with Eli?  Or is it the team he has to work with?  If I was Eli I would be wanting to go play somewhere else.  A change of scenery may be the best thing for him.  And a new QB may be best for the team.

Joy I didn't see TNF due to work but I do miss Gruden in the broadcast booth! Actually at Lambeau Field now for a visit. I must admit I did the Bears hex! Lol

Dallas and Tennessee is hard to figure. Dallas should win but they are hard to predict. Dallas will have a new guy at receiver. Everybody looking forward to that.

If you want to re watch some of the world series most of the games are on youtube.

Oakland has been changing their roster of players. They are rebuilding the team so things are going to look bad for a while.

Well it looks like everybody was wrong on the Cowboys. Tennessee won. Sports talk in Dallas wants to fire the coach or coaches. Questions starting to be asked about the quarterback.
