Good book. Not as good as other two from this author. Takes a little to get into. Good ending. Lots of ghosts and strange happenings.

Very creepy book! After her adoptive parents die, Emma decides to visit the hometown of her birth mother. She sees the abandoned house that she has been painting for years, and despite the rumors of it being haunted, feels compelled to buy it. Almost right away strange things start happening to her, and she starts hearing noises and voices. When she starts asking questions about her birth mother, people start getting murdered. Spine-tingling and hard to put down!
