Great character in Harry Bosch, going to Hong Kong to find his daughter after she was abducted, him and his ex-wife enlist the help of Sun Yee (her boyfriend) and in an accidental encounter with the wrong people she gets shot. Very interesting from the first page to the last.
Outstanding addition to a great series. Harry Bosch is one of the best fiction characters there is.
