I remember when Charlie Chaplin came back to the States in the 1970's for his Oscar and everyone was talking about it. I didn't understand it at the time which is one of the reasons I decided to read this. I thought the author gave a pretty balanced view of the relationship between Oona and Charlie without trying to over psychoanalyze what was between them.
Interesting biography about the daughter of Eugene O'Neill and the wife of Charlie Chaplin, Oona o'Neill Chaplin.
