Cut up potato wedges. Place in a baking dish, whatever size you want to use.  Melt butter or margarine, and pour over the potatoes. Coat well. Salt and onion salt them.  Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 15 minutes. Then turn potatoes over and re salt and re onion salt them.  Bake about 5 to 10 minutes more until done.  Check for doneness with a fork.  Delicious!
