Since she was 15, Dr. Megan Blair was led to believe her mother died in a terrible accident. Megan has no idea she was murdered for using her extraordinary psychic powers to bring down the son of a brutal criminal. Megan also doesn't know that 12 years ago CIA operative Neal Grady sheltered her from the truth. But now one of Molino's men has tried to murder Megan, and Grady believes it's time for her to know her legacy....and master it.

At first Megan lashes out at Grady, in part because of their undeniable attaction. Once she's convinced, though, Megan agrees to help beat Molino at his own game. The problem is, she knows Grady hasn't told her everything...and the question is "why?"

Johansen's latest book is probably her best yet. A page turner. I am a big fan of hers and I have renewed respect for her writing.
