In a bowl, combine first three ingredients; set aside.  Combine butter, and eggs; mix well.  Stir into flour mixture until just moistened.  Fill paper-lined miniature muffin cups 2/3 full. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until tested done.  Remove immediately to cool on wire racks.
